AFFORDABLE HOUSING CDC
SOWING SEEDS TO GROW MORE AFFORDABLE HOUSING
Affordable Housing CDC, Inc. ("AHCDC") is a California non-profit public benefit corporation established in 1992 to provide low and moderate-income families and senior citizens with decent, affordable housing.
In that time, AHCDC can reflect upon the success we have achieved with our various partners over the past 20 years. It would not have been possible without our partners – the lenders, state and municipal agencies, architects, builders, and of course the local service organizations who help drive our developments in their communities.
Our over 25 newly-built or rehabilitation projects have created over 4,300 housing units for moderate and low-income families, seniors, and veterans.
Our Featured Properties demonstrate that AHCDC is forever committed to providing attractive, decent places to live. We don’t just dream about building housing – we make it happen.
